Javier has worked across a combination of fields rarely found in a single profile: pure retail operations, HR and team leadership, purchasing and supply chain, franchise development, commercial real estate, landlord-side strategy, food retail, QSR, mobility, leisure, entertainment, fitness, partnerships, market entry and growth platform creation.

Former leadership roles with Decathlon, Compagnie de Phalsbourg, Klépierre, Cepsa/Moeve, Taster and Hadrena Group.

This cross-functional experience allows him to understand both the strategic ambition and the operational reality behind each growth opportunity.
